TREATMENTS THAT LAST

Mice and rats can cause serious damage to your home or business. They can gnaw through wires and insulation, burrow in attics and wall voids, and transmit dangerous diseases. Rodents are not simply a nuisance - they are a serious health danger that will not go away if ignored. Rodent infestations tend to get worse over time, so immediate treatment is advised.

Warning Signs

Rodent infestations tend to get worse over time, so immediate treatment is advised. Below are some key warning signs to look out for:

  • Chewed door sweeps on doors or garages
  • Droppings on floors, countertops or in drawers
  • Chewed bags of food, cardboard or paper products
  • Holes near or around pipes leading into the home

Common Treatments

Depending on the rodent and your personal preference, there are many methods we employ to address your specific situation:

  • Baiting - our team utilizes the best, commercially available bait stations.  Many bait stations contain a rodenticide that is flavorless so mice and rats cannot taste it. Mice and rats eat the bait and then die within several days. Death often occurs outside of your home so baiting usually doesn't require dead rodent removal. The bait stations we leverage hold a lot of bait so they are able to quickly exterminate a large number of rodents.
  • Exclusion - the process of closing any small openings in your home that rodents use for entry. We implement exclusion tactics after baiting which helps keep rodents outside, to help prevent new issues.
